Sick Leave Bank Procedures
Eligible employees who wish to participate in the Sick Leave Bank must donate at least one (1) sick day by September 30th. For new employees the deadline will be 30 days from their first day of employment in the district.
Those employees who do donate one (1) sick day by September 30th may also donate up to four (4) more days at any time during the year. Those employees who do not donate one (1) sick day 30 days into their contracted year will not be eligible to withdraw days from the Sick Leave Bank for that school year; however, they may still choose to donate up to 5 days to benefit a sick or injured colleague.
