Sick Leave Bank Procedures
11 and 12-month employees who wish to participate in the Sick Leave Bank must donate at least one (1) sick day by July 31. 10-month employees who wish to participate in the Sick Leave Bank must donate at least one (1) sick day by September 30th. For new employees the deadline will be 30 days from their first day of employment in the district.
If the need arises to request to receive days from the Sick Leave Bank, an employee who has donated may request up to 100 days over the course of two (2) school years.
Donaated days will be added to the Sick Leave Bank and not assigned to one particular person. Download the Sick Leave Bank Donation Form.
