Tell the Board to bargain a fair contract
Perth Amboy Federation (PAF) members, who work every day for the students, are without a contract since last year. Unfortunately, the Board has only agreed to meet once over the course of the entire year and that is no way to reach a fair agreement. While salaries stagnate, health insurance costs for workers are way higher than rates paid by the superintendent and central administration. Tell President Lebreault and the Board to meet with the bus drivers, cafeteria workers, custodians, paraprofessionals, school related personnel, secretaries, security guards and teachers to reach a deal which treats them all with the respect and dignity they deserve.
